Urban Line Construction offers a comprehensive package of services designed to allow the client to work within tandem with our Project Manager and create a project the company can carry forward to completion. Our team of experienced personnel continuously strives to deliver complete building solutions to our customers. We offer a range of services to our customers starting from construction of new homes (mainly duplex and single stories), land subdivision, extensions/additions, renovations of premises, design and architectural plans, painting, remodeling, and alterations to council approval, etc.

Construction of New Homes

We specialise in building duplex, single stories, and land subdivisions. Our construction teams are supported by an extensive network of subcontractors and supplier organisations ensuring we get the best quality materials for our projects at a reasonable price.

Renovation Services

We will also provide renovation services such as repairs and maintenance, remodelling and alterations as required by our clients. Our Customer Relationship Manager in collaboration with our Project Manager and Design Coordinator will always be there to talk to the clients and after understanding their needs we will tailor-make our renovation services accordingly so that our clients get exactly what they need.

Desigining Buildings and Houses

Our designing approach seeks the best possible design alternatives and integrate construction issues to ensure the most efficient design solutions possible. Our in-house Design Coordinator will collaborate directly with the clients and third-party external coordinator for design and architectural work (N Tech Design) to give you the dream-home you need.

Other than that, we also help our clients with DA approval, Construction certificate approval and construction process. We are very efficient in our processes and the whole process might take approximately 48-56 weeks.
